Blue Hills Labs LLC doing business as "FloraViz" ("FloraViz," "we," "our," or "us") provides an AI powered floral‑design mock‑up service at floraviz.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication method, profile photo, Firebase UID, and timestamps.
• Payment information: Stripe Customer ID, subscription plan, status, billing dates, and usage statistics. We never store card numbers; Stripe handles them.
• User content: reference images, text prompts, generated mock‑ups, project names, and proposal documents.
• Usage data: actions within the Service, IP address, browser type, cookies, and session tokens.
• Communications: newsletter sign‑ups, support messages, and other contact you initiate.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

1. Operate and maintain the Service.
2. Process payments and manage subscriptions.
3. Generate images and text with third‑party AI models.
4. Communicate with you about your account and the Service.

• Stripe for secure payment processing.
• OpenAI LLC for image and text generation based on your prompts.

We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation we delete excess content after a seven‑to‑thirty‑day grace period (plan‑dependent). Some records may be kept longer for legal or accounting purposes.

We use HTTPS encryption, authentication tokens, CSRF protection, input validation, rate limiting, and segregated storage paths to help safeguard your information. No method is perfectly secure.

8. International Transfers

All data is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users eighteen years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under eighteen. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
